Child Therapy and Counselling
We provide child therapy and counselling for children ages 2 to 12. Our licensed child therapists and child psychologists utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, play therapy, and emotion-focused therapies. In-person therapy, and online video therapy options available.
Teen Therapy and Counselling
We provide teen therapy and counselling for adolescents ages 13 to 18. Our licensed therapists and psychologists utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and emotion-focused therapies. In-person therapy, and online video therapy options available.
Adult Therapy and Counselling
We provide therapy and counselling for adults, ages 19 and older. Our licensed therapists and psychologists utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and emotion-focused therapies. In-person therapy, and online video therapy options available.
Couples Therapy
Our certified couples counsellors offer in-person & virtual couples therapy and marriage counselling to couples with relationship challenges.
Parent Consultation
Parent sessions promote a deeper understanding of your child’s emotions and behaviours, and help establish effective approaches for supporting your child in order to improve their mental health and well-being.
Autism Consultation & Behaviour Intervention
Our Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) guides parents in evidence-based caregiver-led behaviour interventions for their child with autism.
Psychoeducational Assessment
Our psychoeducational assessment test for and diagnose learning disabilities, attention disorders (ADHD), and emotional concerns like anxiety, with recommendations for supporting your child at home and school.
ADHD Assessment
Our psychologists provide ADHD assessment for children and teens with attention concerns, or hyperactivity, to test for and diagnose ADHD (Attention-Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder), with recommendations and support.
Autism Assessments
Our psychologists are highly-trained and experienced in assessing and diagnosing Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in toddlers and young children, using evidence-based and gold-standard assessment approaches.
Gifted Assessment
Our gifted assessment evaluates whether your child's academic performance meets the criteria for gifted designation according to your child's district school board.
Groups
We offer various group services for children and teens: anxiety groups for those with high anxiety; PEERS social skills group for those with ASD or ADHD concerns
