She provides an initial virtual observation and assessment to discuss concerns, after which she works directly with caregivers to create an individualized support plan to promote the development of needed skills. With modelling and guidance, she supports caregivers to implement strategies, and evaluates and adjusts the plan and strategies as needed. She's happy to collaborate with caregivers and families, as well as other professionals as needed, to help bring about the most meaningful behavior changes for her clients.
In her spare time, Faiza loves spending quality time with her two boys who enjoy baking, watching movies and going for bike rides.
