Daniela Merenda is a registered social worker offering psychotherapy and counselling services. Her practice uses a wide range of evidence-based interventions including but not limited to cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), motivational counselling, dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), emotion focused therapy and brief solution-focused therapy. She brings with her a well-rooted feminist, anti-oppressive, anti-discriminatory, harm reduction and trauma informed practice framework.

Daniela has had the privilege to work within the field of social work for over 21 years where children, youth, women and families have allowed her into their lives in the midst of the crisis they have experienced. The foundation of her years of experience stems from work across several sectors: Criminal Justice System, Violence Against Women sector, child protection services, sexual assault sector, crisis intervention, the health system, and the education system.

Courtney Fuciarelli

Courtney Fuciarelli is a registered social worker in Ontario with over 14 years of experience in children’s mental health, and school based support. Courtney has worked with children and youth experiencing acute mental health crisis, and has had extensive experience in the education system as a school social worker. She has also provided counselling services within outpatient health settings, and in private practice.

Courtney brings passion and energy to working with children and youth who are experiencing a wide range of difficulties including: anxiety and mood related disorders, adjustment issues, family and peer relationship difficulties, bereavement, self-esteem, difficulties in family change (i.e. separation and divorce), and school refusal.

Courtney’s eclectic approach is grounded in a combination of training in the areas of child development, attachment, and environmental/structural impacts on personal adjustment, while also using a trauma-informed, emotion-focused approach to inform her perspective supporting children and youth in their journey to feeling better, and doing better in their lives. Brittney Gill

Brittney Gill (née Brittney Doody) is a registered social worker in Ontario with over 12 years of experience in children’s mental health. She is an experienced therapist with a passion for supporting child and family related concerns. Brittney has provided counselling services within community mental health agencies, as well within private practice settings.

She has extensive experience treating anxiety and anxiety related disorders, emotional regulation, relationship difficulties, developmental trauma, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) & executive function difficulties, depression, oppositional behaviour, self-esteem, sleep problems, and difficulties relating to separation/divorce.

Brittney has focused her training primarily on attachment, child development, and trauma-informed approaches to address difficulties relating to behaviour, emotional regulation and challenges in the parent-child relationship. She uses a combination of therapeutic modalities including Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and play-based therapeutic approaches.

Brittney has specific training in adoption competency and has substantial experience providing support to help navigate the unique challenges experienced by these families.

Meredith Atkinson is a dedicated psychoeducational consultant and caring educator with over 20 years of experience, committed to providing a student‑centred, collaborative assessment experience that nurtures engagement, confidence, and meaningful participation. With a professional approach grounded in care, respect, and deep educational and assessment knowledge, she strives to ensure every client and family feels heard, understood, and supported throughout the testing process.

Meredith brings extensive experience working alongside students, clinical and school teams to navigate the Ontario education system with clarity and confidence. Meredith is a strong advocate for students with academic, emotional and regulatory challenges and is uniquely positioned to propose recommendations that can have an immediate impact in the school environment. She believes in fostering strong relationships and open communication so that families feel empowered and informed every step of the way.

Alanna Fiore holds an M.Psy. Clinical Psychology degree and is pursuing registration as a Psychological Associate with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO).

She has experience as a psychoeducational consultant completing psychoeducational assessments for the York Region District School Board, as well as in private practice. At CASE Psychology, Alanna provides psychoeducational assessment and consultation services for children and adolescents under the supervision of the clinic director, Sarah Husain (Registered Psychologist).

Alanna works with neurodiverse children and teens to identify strengths and challenges, and to recommend personalized strategies and practical supports to maximize academic success and overall wellbeing. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, inclusive, and trauma-informed.

Therapeutically, Alanna supports individuals with challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, learning disabilities, social and emotional difficulties, and life transitions, with a focus on fostering resilience and empowering clients to reach their full potential. Jacklyn Markovinovic

Jacklyn Markovinovic is a Registered Behaviour Analyst with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO). She holds a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology, and completed her post-graduate course work in Applied Behaviour Analysis with the Florida Institute of Technology in 2014, becoming certified as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) in July 2014. She became a Registered Behaviour Analyst with the CPBAO in August 2024.

Jacklyn has 13 years of extensive experience working with children, youth, adolescents, adults, and caregivers in various capacities within school boards, community agencies, and multi-disciplinary private practice settings.

She has over a decade of experience working with students with diverse learning profiles, and is proficient in the assessment of learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and Attention-Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). At CASE Psychology, Jacklyn provides psychoeducational assessment and consultation services for children and adolescents under the supervision of the clinic director, Sarah Husain (Registered Psychologist).

Glenn is married and has three children. When he is not at work, he can often be found at one of the local hockey rinks or watching his kids in their various activities. He has volunteered in the past as a soccer and hockey coach for kids.

Connie Zieren

Connie Zieren is a registered clinical and school psychologist with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO). She has been a licensed psychologist since 2006, and has over 32 years experience providing psychological services.

Connie spent the first half of her career working in developmental and autism services. She spent the last fifteen years working within the public school system. During her time with the school board, Connie provided consultation to other professionals, participated in identification and placement meetings, and helped to develop best-practice guidelines for assessing students with special needs and hearing loss, in addition to completing psychoeducational assessments and behaviour consultations.

She has a wealth of experience in assessment, diagnosis and intervention related to learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, special needs, giftedness, attention disorders, and anxiety.

At CASE Psychology, Connie provides psychoeducational assessment and consultation services for children and teens, and is exceptionally positioned to help families to navigate the school system.

Connie is married and has two adult children. She is a novice knitter, enjoys choral singing, and cheers for the Toronto Blue Jays.
